The "Kisado" converter is probably the best converter available for
playing Japanese HuCards on TurboGrafx, Turbo Express, & Turbo Duos.
Unfortunately production has halted, & they are becoming very
difficult to obtain. The other option is a "country switch" that can
be switched to play either American HuCards or JHu's. For more info
