Well, from what I know, the game was 100% completed, packaged, & ready to
ship. Thousands of SFZ CD's were made, & the only reason that the game was
not released  for retail was due to some kind of legal wrangling between NEC
& Sega, I would venture to also say, that based on the screenshots I have
seen, all of the levels are there, as well as all of the bosses, so I think
that is proof that the game is complete. I would also venture to speculate
that from these same screenshots, added NEC Avenue characters from Splash
Lake, to the Sega game was not to warmly received by Sega! (Could that be
part of the legal woes between NEC & Sega that prevented the release of
it???)
