NEC-HE-shrine Re: Copies! A Dilemma! MUST READ for all!! Please.

Interesting points.

We could always give ourselves a name, and release it like a warez
thing. The only thing I'm worried about, is that it'd give us great
leverage to get other things. One guy has already stated he'd
rather trade for other "not-for-sale" Turbo products.

What would be the best scenario:
We all make a pact. NO copies for 3 months -- give me 3 months with
this and i'm sure I can make something happen. I really want Silky
Lip or PC Kokoron.

Just my 2 cents -- anyone else care to comment?

Please.

particular game is an exception to the no CDR rule that I steadfastly
stand by for the reasons you have just described. Yeah, you are
always going to have unscrupulous people out there that are going to
try & make a buck in whatever way they can, & U & I R never going to
stop that person from doing what they want. Like you said, NEC & Sega
obviously could not resolve their issues, & us PCE fans got screwed
(on top of that we were teased for years) so since the game was a
complete wash, I dont see any harm here. By the same token, if they
would have released the damned thing, & even asked some outrageous
price for it, I would have been the 1st person to have purchased a
copy, but that never happened.
