Nope...it was never announced nor developed.  Super Famicom is the only 
console system it went to.  On a more interesting note, before the Mega CD 
and Sega Falcom went quietly away, they were planning to develop Brandish and 
Ys IV for the Mega CD after Popful Mail.  One of the gaming 
magazines...probably GameFan...it's been awhile back...ran an interview with 
the guy who ran Sega Falcom, and he stated that these two plus one other 
which I can't remember the title for were in the pipeline for development.  
Given the quality of the Popful Mail game, it's a shame this didn't come to 
fruition.  For anyone that knows since I have only the PC Engine rev, the 
Super Famicom game Ys IV is a different game, correct?
