Um...I'm not certain I can decipher this. However, barring the possibility
that your Express is defective, have you cleaned the contacts on your
converter? If this doesn't work, change your batteries out. Otherwise, you
may have to get it fixed. I have an import game store near me that does work
on old game systems; you probably do also. This is, of course, making the
assumption that American cards don't work in your Express also. If they do,
then your converter is probably screwed (if you've cleaned the contacts), so
buy another one. Too many "what if's" here to be sure.
