NEC-HE-shrine intros are a great idea

as i was inspired by the intro from a few messages ago, here is mine.
name: james porter
location: northern california (humboldt county, not sf!)

set up: modded supergraphx connected to a super cd rom, with acp.
(every graphx game playable in one location! it sure is big though..)

wish i had: power console, sgx strider
favorite games: shooter:download2 and aldynes platform:granzot
and
bonk 1. adv: strider (the music helps me forget about the poor
graphics/weak control) and sgx ghouls and ghost. sports: power
league
series. rpg: ys series (3 is my favorite...i know, i know. but the
cinemas blew me away when i was 16, and still do. as a matter of
fact,
my folks and i were having a major row the day i brought my first
turbo
cd home, circa 1991. holed up in my room, hating everything, i
powered up ys 3. minutes later my jaw on the ground, my folks came
in
to see what the ruckus was. we couldn't believe what we were seeing:
the music, the animation of that opening is classic. it got us
talking
again...8^)

wish i was playing: bonk IV on a 'turbographx 128'

best regards,
james
