Has anyone on here been ripped off on Ebay? And were you able to get any money
back from their insurance claim department? I'm curious because I won an
Express
with TV, AC adapter, and a couple games (for $177), but the guy only has a
14 FB, his
email is an aol account and he wants me to send the money to a PO Box. So,
what
are my chances of getting anything back if I get ripped off?
