i agree with the idea of buttoning the details up, and making this 
hush-hush before it gets onto the other list, or too big.  let's draw 
up an agreement that folks will be on board with, and stick to it.

my moms won't toss me out or anything, 8^) but let's do this right
and 
not get over or burn anyone.  i really appreciate all the legwork
that 
has gone into this.  however it turns out, thanks.
