I just found a pretty good j-pop/game music site.
www.jpophelp.com

They carry j-pop, game music and a lot of other Japanese cds and puplications. 
Also goto Bonzai's J-pop search and check out the Online CD Stores link.

I haven't done business with many of them so I can't recommend any off of the list, but ask around for opinions on some of the stores.
