It all depends on the shipping method you pay for.
EMS is usually a 3-5 day shipment time. (Expensive)
Air mail is usually about 1-2 weeks. (Reasonable)
Standard Mail (via Sea/ocean) usually takes anywhere from 1-3 months for
delivery. (Cheap!)
I would email the person and ask what form of shipment they used to send
your products. If shipping was very little, I would guess you paid for the
slowest shipping.

That's why I never order anything from asia except Japan.
Foreign postal reponse is laughable.
To be blunt, it's a probably a complete loss....
It takes at most 1 month give or take a week to get mail by ship from
asia...
I had it take 3 months to australia once, but that was extreme, the guy
lived
in the
desert...
