Almost anything LaserActive is hard to come by. But the NEC module should be easier to find than the Sega one. More of the popular LD games were used with the Sega package. Check here for more info on LaserActive:

The guy who runs the club is Vince (user id: vincewy). I think he's currently working on a LaserActive web site. He'd probably be the best person to ask. He might be able to point you in the direction of one.
