This is a bit off topic, but hopefully someone can help. I won some
dvd's from eBay from 'Jap-DVD' back in early March. They were 2 box
sets(almost 20 dvd's total), I paid via paypal. He said he recieved
payment and would ship out immediately. Well, nothing has been
recieved yet. I can be pretty patient, I figured overseas can take a
bit, customs, etc. but figured I better check. This guy has recieved
7 negative feedbacks within the last month of ppl saying the same
thing so now I'm really starting to wonder. Anyone knows about how
long I should keep waiting or what else I can do about this? He lives
in HK and I'm in the US so it's pretty limited. Anything I can do
with paypal? Thanks for any help!
