There was an arcade near me somewhere I lived in the past which actually had 
a 1943 Kai machine...that was my first experience with it.  Seems odd to me 
now because I'm not certain that the game was a U.S. release.  Given that, it 
may have been in Hawaii or Korea somewhere, as there were import machines 
galore in both places.  Otherwise, what I was referring to was Capcom 
Generation 1 for PlayStation and Saturn (which contained 1942, 1943, and 1943 
Kai).
