Don't be too hard on Ys 3. It probably was rushed a bit, but most of
the scrolling problem can be attributed to the fact that it was more
directly ported from the original PC versions (which had basically
the exact same problem) than the other two console versions were. You
could almost see it as a good thing since it's definitely more
accurate to the original Falcom version than the Telenet and Sammy
versions are. And you have to at least give it some points for the
music.
