[NEC_Avenue] Re: Turbo Turnpike concern

From Jake <xxxxxx@umn.edu>

You guys interrupted my simultaneous games of Ys and Cotton.

Anyway, to make a long story short, the new webring system went ahead
and deleted all the sites that it proclaimed to have insufficient
webring html on the main page. I had allowed sites to be a little lax
in the past, but really they should have updated their links if they
wanted to stay in the ring. There's really not much that could have
been done about it since most of the site owners can't be contacted
very easily. Of course, I haven't been making any effort to preserve
the webring either as of late. As always, I'll continue to approve
any new sites as they're submitted.
