Hmm, depends on what he means when he says complete.
There are finished un-released games that some have, &
there are phototypes, un-liscensed games, & a plethora
of different systems(unless he's just talking about
games) that he would have to be Sherlock Holmes to
find, & Scrooge McDuck to buy all of that!
