I've been stuck on this game for about a month, and I figure I should just
give in and ask for some help. I'll add some spoiler space as a courtesy (I
think I'm near the end of the game) Hopefully it won't affect any digest
readers either.

Okay. It seems that I'm very close to the end of the game. My progress
rankings are 100% on everything except for interrogation, which is at 94. My
overall (average) rating is at 98.
I've interrogated everyone who can be arrested and turned everyone "green"
except for Janet and Joe. (I believe that the suspects turn "green" after
they confess the truth) I've asked every question to those two and just
can't get them to crack! I already pretty much know who is behind it all,
but I just can't get the game to advance!
Is there something else I need to do outside? Do I need to interrogate the
other suspects some more? What do I need to do to get unstuck?
I'm using the import (PC Engine) version of the game, if that affects
anything.
