This is better known as Star Parodia (which is its actual name).
Considering that the game was actually released some 2 months before your
CD is dated, and has the wrong title on it, I'd guess that what you
have there is a bootleg.

Yeah -- it was the pack in game for the US Turbo Duo. Very common in the
US, why anyone would make a copy of that is beyond me.
