I suppose that since you are judging clarity by size 
instead of resolution; A 27" NTSC tv would have 'higher  
clarity' than a 17" computer monitor because the letters 
on an image would be bigger?
Try playing Syndicate w/both hooked up and see if that 
changes your opinion on the TE screen.  I can name more 
games that I cant read on the Nomad than TE.
TG16 games were made w/the TE in mind, Nomad came out at 
the very end of the Genny's life; after most of the games 
came out-thats why they never bothered to make a link 
port.
