I own all the above systems as well (3 TE's over the years) and can tell
you unequivocally this comparison is irrelevant.  Sure, the picture
through the TUNER is great, but unless you're going to play all your TG-16
games through the tuner (try it, it's amusing), there's no way the Express
screen beats the Nomad's clarity.  Just play a few games with tiny
passwords and try to make them out--many on the TE are illegible, haven't
come across that on the Nomad yet.  Potential resolution doesn't mean a
thing if the games can't utilize it. 

I'd like to add that I'm way biased *in favor* of the TE, it ranks WAY
above the Nomad in my personal preference, but facts are facts and the
fact is that for whatever reason games on the Express don't have the
clarity they should.
