I just moved, and found some old papers and stuff that have been buried for
years. One such paper was an advertisement/order form for the TG-16 CD
Karaoke add-on. I scanned the page and temporarily put it up at:

The file is large (about 160k per side), I didn't want to reduce it because
the text would become illegible.
I doubt they would still have them, a good 7 years since this was printed,
