try Messe Sanoh. One of their outlets have a whole floor dedicated to PC Engine and
Megadrive and old stuff.

Fukuoka and the shops that sell PC Engine games there hardly have any
rare games although I did pick up some ACD and Sports SCD games for 50p (US$0.80) each ;P
