It appears to be the same management, calling themselves "PC Engine Zone
Staff" in the webring. I don't know how many people it is (probably not
many), but I'm pretty sure I got email from the same person both times he
submitted the site to the webring, and I was under the impression that it
was basically the same site with a new look. The reviews section is still
pretty much the same too I think. They seem to have just gone out of
service for a short period, and have now come back.
And I didn't know they sold CDR's. Man, that sucks. I hope I don't get too
many complaints regarding their service (I don't know why they come to me).
Actually, I guess I would prefer to know about it if they are not a
reliable seller.
