<< I'm curious to know what the differences between the Japanese
and American versions of Magical Chase are. I've never played the
US version, but so far the Japanese games hasn't had anything in it
that it seems like they'd want to alter. Thanks in advance!

I've been waiting and waiting for someone to ask this! :D Yay... Ok here are
the differences so far. Biggest difference is the 1st stage, the background
and ground you fly over is totally changed. in the japanese version it is
tetris style looking stuff and in the US one it is more like "castle in a
forrest" looking stuff. 2nd difference is in the japanese version the shops
are flying ballons that are red. in the US version they are giant pumkin
balloons! The 3rd difference i have found is they changed "Ripple" the main
charactor. In the japanese version she is very cartoon like. Drawn that way
and very cute. In the US version she is drawn differently, less cartoony and
her hair and cloths move with the wind as you fly. Her wand is held in a
different hand, and her broom is different. Just different all together when
comparing htem side by side. But yet still a blonde witch on a broom dressed
in pink. The weird thing about all these changes is they are not good or bad.
the red balloons are cool, but the pumpkin ones really kick ass too, Both 1st
stage backgrounds are well drawn and impressive. I'm parcial to Ripple's
design in the japanese version but both drawings of her are good.

infUsiOn...
