Well, I definitely wouldn't say it can compete with Drac X. Kaze Kiri may
have depth in the backgrounds, but the game's failing is the lack of depth
to the gameplay itself. The fighting is really cool, and you get lots of
cool moves to use and the animation and sound are top notch, but it's just
too monotonous. The action is just straight forward along a flat line, in
which you fight the same 2 different enemies over and over again until you
get to the boss. There isn't any platform action or any pitfalls to leap
over or any variety like that. Just straight forward fighting.

Don't get me wrong, it's a great game of course. It's a favorite of mine
(which you can probably tell). The game just doesn't have it all.
