This is a great variance in prices for a lot of this stuff, raises and dips
based on demand at the moment. If you add in the eBay factor, who knows. I
think you can expect to pay anywere between $150-350 for a SuperGrafx mint
intact with box and documents. That's what I mean about the way price range.
I paid $165 for mine this year. About Aldynes...ugh. I bought mine this
year...from Japan...for $20 in near mint and complete condition, including
the cardboard sleeve. However, I've had two friends buy the game in lesser
condition (i.e. scraped up/worn box) for over $200. I think you can term
those as Americanized prices because Aldynes apparently isn't rare in Japan.
The rarest SG game over there it seems is 1941...but that only cost me
$80...again, far below what we have come to expect over in the states.
Somone termed this as getting "good deals" to me not long ago...I think a
better term is "more realistic deals." Because of prices in import shops and
those outrageous prices on eBay, I think we have this impression that some
games SHOULD be expensive, when, in fact, they are not. Same goes with game
rarity. So...as to your list...the Turbo you should be able to get for dirt
cheap...I've seen these at yard sales. However, be careful and be patient
regarding the Japanese hardware and software...and be aware that the prices
ranges are often quite large. Good deals are out there...but you have to
give a blind eye to perceptions that you must jump on a deal for any price
because you'll never see something again. You'll find that stuff does come
around again...and usually ends up cheaper for you in the long run.
