here is a couple of games that I think had alot of parralax for the Pc engine:
Fiend Hunter: there are 2 short parts in the game that has something like 8
layers of scrolling. there is a cloudy background scene and a forest level.
On the forest level, there is so much scrolling that the game starts to
glitch out. you can't even get to the menu bar until you leave the room.
Very underrated game!!
Aldneyes: Supergrafx only. One level has something like 10 layers of
scrolling at the top and bottom of your ship. Amazing!!!
dracula X: nuff said
ninja spirit: beat the game on arcade mode and watch the fabulous scrolling
ending!!!! wow!!!
Air Zonk (chip version) : simply amazing, has to be seen to be believed. I
heard the CD version blowed goats!! :)
shock man has alot too, but man, what a glitchy game
i know i missed a billion turbo games with equal programming prestige? any
takers??
