OK...whatever.  Such carts were common in the cartridge days as games were 
being developed (same thing as a CD burn nowadays).  I remember seeing 
pictures of the prototype Star Control cart for Genesis once...it was huge.  
But, honestly, who really cares about this, even if it is legit?  And $800?  
This is only Legend of Hero Tonma we are talking about.  Now...if it said a 
prototype of Strider or Galaxy Force II for SuperGrafx...then I would expect 
a price like that...but bigger.  The mere fact that the bid is up to $31 
makes me laugh.  This may be interesting to watch.  I think I'm going to take 
all of the boards out of my Genesis cartridge casings, label them, and call 
them prototypes.  This is all silly.  When I think prototype, I think of a 
game which was unreleased or possibly changed in development...not a game 
which I right now can go down to one of my game shops across town and buy the 
exact same thing for $20 new (which I actually can).  Oh, well.
