I'll try to answer your questions the best I can.

The System card basically tells the TG16 where to find the games, through
the CD ROM device. Some newer version (2.0 and 3.0) both has extra
memory and better performance. Many CD games are so big they can't be
loaded at once so the system loads a segment as needed. This is why
there are several brief instances when the screen doesn't display
anything new. (Or "loading")

>-How does it access to the CD?

Through a series of conducts, circuits, and several chips from the card
slot to the CD ROM systems. <g> Actually, someone more technically
inclined can answer this.

If you mean electricial schematic, I don't think one exists. SCSI
interface are pretty complicated for any average users to try and build,
not to mention getting some compoments like interface card would be
rather difficult. It's better you try to find such device than to build
one. IIRC it works only with TurboDuo. Actually, it would be cheaper to
buy yourself an external SCSI CD ROM than to find that adapter, plus you
can get speed much faster than what the Turbo CD can do.

It only upgrades the memory size. The speed is fixed (1X I believe)

>Someone can give more info?

I'm sure there will be a few here that can give you better technical
information than I can.
