Question regarding UK shipments

I need help from someone here that is experienced in dealing with parcels
from the UK.  I recently had a package sent to me through "Royal Mail" and
have a tracking number beginning with RR.  Is there any way I can track this
online or otherwise?  Thanks in advance.
