@At the time Nintendo was still king and ruled with an iron fist (ie - If
you want to release games for
Nintendo, you may only release games for Nintendo.)
This doesn't hold up because Konami was already releasing plenty of ***Sega
Genesis games*** stateside in '93-95 not to mention the fact that they
released Castlevania Bloodlines which was a Genesis exclusive. Konami
probably just thought they couldn't make a profit off a dying U.S. system.
TTI probably didn't offer enough $$$
either.
