PC Engine Mouse

Hi.  I was just wondering what games are compatible with the PC Engine
Mouse.  I just got one and it doesn't seem to work correctly with
Populous HuCard...  Do I need a special adaptor to use it on my
American Duo? Or is it just incompatible with that game?  Any help
would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
