"- NEC Home Electronics, the creator of PC-Engine / Turbografx-16 and
developer of Seventh Cross, Sangoku Turb and Espionagent for Dreamcast, has
shut down their game software developing department on March 31, they will
no longer develop game software until further notice. (NEC Interchannel is a
different subsidiary of NEC, and they are still in business). "
