Help w/ Fray CD

I'm on (I think) the 3rd city in the game. (I've beaten two bosses if 
memory serves).  After I talked to this little girl and a guy, they 
just sit there talking. That's the only key sequence I can remember.  
I've tried leaving the city, and talking to everyone, and going in 
every building, and absolutely jack happens.  Can anyone help?
