If by "rare" you mean in the ebay sense of rare, then yeah, sure whatever.
However, in the real world it's not that rare. You can usually find
copies of this (and the "Kunio Soccer" title) for under $20. Under
$30 during a high buy period.
For the PCE, the only real rare title in this series is Downtown Nekketsu
Monogatari. Downtown Nekketsu Soreyuke Daiundoukai is also sought after,
but not as "rare" either.
Don't try to bank your kid's college fund on selling that title.
