Re: US manual and chip artwork

I too hate the US artwork when compared to the PCE version's, especailly the
chip art (wait...what chip art in the uS?). However, dont't forget that
Japanese Gamer's love the US artwork, and wonder why they got all the crappy
stuff. Strange, but true. I think it all depends on your point of view.
