Every Games Express CD game came with a Games Express
boot HuCard. There are two versions of the boot card,
a version 1.0 and a version 1.1; all games seem to work
with both versions of the card.
Your arcade card will not work with a Games Express CD.
GE actually wrote their own operating system, which the
arcade card does not have. It would be similar to sticking
a Mac disk in a PC. The PC might be able to read the
disk, but it certainly will not know what to do with the
instructions on it.
