If you'll remember, however, every game released on the Genesis was an
exclusive of some sort. Even TMNT Tournament Fighters were completely
different on both systems. They never did release the same game on two
systems. Dracula X was made on the SNES, so perhaps in order to release that
game here in the states, there couldn't be an NEC version?
