There's one source I've found for the MGD2, but their prices seem a
bit high(also, they might not have the PCE module any longer):

Email them for prices... Last time I looked they had almost all the
modules for the MGD2, along with a lot of PCE hardware, including the
Shuttle and the LT! (Again, beware of their prices)
