It's realitively simple to encode a DVD down to a couple of video CD's, if
there were PC-FX development tools more readily available, I bet there would
be a way to shrink a DVD down into a couple of high quality
jpeg-decompressed CD's ^_~.
Of course it would help if I had a PC-FX wouldn't it?
