Unfortunately, this will not work, even if you have a HuCard converter.
The PC Engine's rear expansion pins are set differently from the
TurboGrafx-16's so mixing and matching the base units and the CD-ROM
devices will not work. If you were really determined you could get around
that but it would take some bits or ingenuity to open up the CoreGrafx or
CD-ROM dock, a soldering iron, some patience and a lot of gumption.
