I think the difficulty is using the Arcade Card PRO on a DUO. There
may be a way around this but I believe you can only use the AC DUO. The
kisado can't be the problem unless it's not working with any of your PC
HuCards.

The only thing that I know of that can cause this is not playing your
DUO for a while. It has something to do with charging the battery once
every two weeks or something like that. If you don't at least turn your
DUO on once every two weeks or so, all memory can disappear.
