To be fair to the Laser Active machine, it did more than just play LDs, and
MD/PCE games with optional packs. It played LA only games. I believe all of
them needed the MD pack, but games like Pyramid Patrol, for instance, won't
play on a Mega CD. There weren't a ton of games for it, but most of them
could have been purchased for $10 less than a year ago from the now defunct
www.lvd.com. This was formerly the clearance site for pioneer.
