Hmmm . . . very interesting thoughts. Course the most obvious game is Dracula
X, but one can speak volumes on that, so I'll leave it be. Here are a few of
my picks (Guardian Legend would have screamed on the Duo by the way--great
choice!):

Super Dodge Ball-It was incredibly popular at the arcades that I visited.
Everyone played it for many years after it was released. It's not like it
needed too much translation. Hell, they could just take out the storyline,
like they did in the arcade and it would do fine!

Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse-A close second to Dracula X on the fave
Castlevania list (yes I like it even more than Symphony of the Night!) This
was one great game on the NES (long too!) and would have been incredible if
given the Super CD-ROM treatment.

Alien Soldier-could you imagine this game being even better? I can, if they
gave it a CD soundtrack and 4 times the on screen colors!

Flash Hiders-seeing as how fighting games were becoming extremely popular
near the end of the Turbo's existence, a fighting game like this, the only
one at the time that let you upgrade your fighter, would have done extremely
well if you ask me.

Samurai Shodown ACD-if anything would have sold the Arcade Card in the US, it
would have been this game. Unfortunately, the game never even saw the light
of day in Japan.

That's all I can think of right now
