Well, Yonge Street is the longest street in the world, so that could be
anywhere...
But it sounds like Video Connections downtown in the Eaton Centre before
the move (it was facing the street with no entrance inside the mall).
Then it moved to the north end of the mall and stayed there for a couple of
years, and apparently recently closed down.
