HuC v3.11

Hi List,

A new version of HuC, version 3.11 is now available at www.zeograd.com .

This version mostly improves the quality of video on real systems by 
centering properly in 256-pixel (horiz. resolution) mode, adding support 
for the color-correction bit in the VCE, and adding a new 512-pixel 
horizontal resolution.

Additionally, there is now support for line drawing and a couple of bugs 
have been fixed.
