Does anyone know if it's possible to activate the extra sprites/characters
(the ninja, Abobo, the box and the karate expert) that can be seen in the
sprit view mode but aren't in the regular game?
What puzzles me is that these characters do not appear in the regular game
but they do have all their animations which can be seen in the sprite view
mode. I wonder if there is something that must be done to unlock these
characters (such as beating the game). In Naxat's Kaze Kiri the female ninja
became available for play after completing the game.
I haven't beaten Double Dragon II so I don't know if the extra characters
become available.
Also, does anyone know what the last two commands do in the Visual Test menu
screen? One of them says AV SYSTEM 2 + Japanese characters and the second is
all in Japanese. I try to execute them but the game just brings me back to
the title screen.
