Turbo in Europe

I had a question for you all....

Was there domestic models of the Turbo Grafx and Turbo Duo released in 
Europe? And if so where any of these models PAL? SO I guess what I am 
getting at, is are they are PAL Turbo Systems? If there are, do NTSC games 
work on these systems?
