The ad is just more eBay hype. It is a standard X-1 system with a cable
that connects to a CD-ROM unit. Notice the seller covered his ass by
saying "MAY BE." He never claimed that it was a dev kit or a debug
unit. He's just throwing those phrases in thre in the hopes that someone
will buy the hype. Most folks don't even know the difference between a dev
unit and a debug unit. They aren't the same thing.
