Side arms is a fun game.  Good conversion too, its a extremely fast 
paced game once you grab a few speed-ups.  I've never played the cart 
ver but I imagine it's exact to the Cd ver minus the excellent 
soundtrack.  The CD ver also has a mode called "BC" which is a slightly 
arranged ver of the regular game (new bosses, new power-up system, 
minor, very minor graphic changes).  Quality game.  *-neo
